Preheat oven at 300 F.
In a large bowl, mix together:
- 4 eggs
- 4 dates (medjool)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup oil
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- vanilla (pure extract)
Pour the mixture into a 8 inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 min (internal temperature of ~ 200 F).
Let cool in the pan and cut in 24 pieces.
