In a small bowl, mix together until well blended:
- 1 cup coconut meat (shredded, unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Shape into balls. Makes 20. Refrigerate for about one hour before serving.
