Quick and Easy Applesauce Loaf


Makes 16. Slices.

Preheat oven to 350F.

To a large bowl, add in this order and mix well:

- 0.5 cup (organic) agave syrup
- 1 cup pureed apples
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- cinnamon
- pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Place mixture in a parchment paper lined loaf pan and bake for ~ 1 hour.
